Ordering: Click on a product to see available colors, if any. Select the color (and size) in the drop down box if there is one, then click "add to cart" at the bottom of the page. The blank text box you see when you checkout may be used to specify:
1) if you need your product by a certain date
2) if you'd like to meet us (i.e. at a fair) to pick it up,
3) anything special about colors you want,
4) if you'd like to receive email updates from us, or
5) any other details you'd like us to know. Shipping: We ship most orders in a bubble envelope 1st class U.S. Mail from Index, Washington. Items in stock will normally be mailed in 1 to 3 days. If not, we'll dye and mail it in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the design and how busy we are. We will email you within a few days, either when we ship your order or to let you know how long it will be. If you prefer we call you, let us know that. We charge a flat $4 shipping fee on any size of order.
If you live in our area and plan to meet us to pick up your order, and you pay with:
1) a credit card - we'll subtract the $4 shipping before we process the transaction
2) paypal - we'll refund the $4 shipping when you pick it up
3) cash or check - you can pay us when you pick it up (minus the $4). Salt Pattern scarves, tank tops, camis and chemises can usually be dyed in one week. Wraps and special designs may take longer. Sponge, Marble, Whoosh, and leaf prints are only practical to do in batches and may take longer. Some ties can be done in a week or two, others I do in batches every few months. Our least busy time is from January to April. Our busiest is July. Call or email if you need to know how long a particular item will take, or what we have in stock. If an item does not fit right, is not the right color, or for some reason does not work for you, call or email us, and mail it back in original resellable condition, or arrange to meet us.
